alright, so hear me out on this. i'm gonna get to the gym tonight, and just do a bunch of DE squats. my calves are cooked, and i don't know how much more i'd be able to do. what it is, is at work, i walk with 2 5 gallon jugs of water, step up on the railing of the truck, and put them both on racks that are over my head. so basically i'm doing a farmers walk, calf raise, and an overhead atlas stone press type thing, about 200 times a day. whew.haha
Are you a waterboy?? DO you deliver to Canada....give me some water and you can have some of my Met-Rx.
Dude, it's ok to just do squats. Westside doesn't really advocate sh**loads of volume...which is what you're doing, so I don't think it'll harm you to take er easy for a while.
Don't worry about missing the squat. you'll get it next time. Nice bench numbers as well.

My Journal
ME Squat
so i started off thinking i was going to do oly squats. i did a few sets, and i switched over to my regular, wider stance.
Oly Squats, ATF:
barx10
135x6
185x6
225x6
i was feelin it tonight, which is weird, because i've been really tired lately from work. i will admit though, i had an hour nap, and 200 mg caffiene pre workout. i went and got my knee wraps and belt, and decided to hit up some ME squats.
Regular Squats:
285x6 (add knee wraps & belt)
315x6
335x6
385x4
405x1 (new PR!!!!)
410x2 (NEW PR!!!!)
don't ask me why i put the 2 1/2's on, haha. the 405 felt easy, so i decided to at least add SOME weight. i repped the 410 once, and was like wow, i'm doing that again. i felt like i could do more, but i stopped, seeing as how i did a million sets already.
leg extension:
stack for 2 x 6
cable pull-throughs:
20x6
50x6
reverse hypers:
BW for 2 x 6
one of the best workouts i've had in awhile, very pleased. there is no better feeling than slamming an old PR into the ground. i'm going to be so sore at work tomorrow. i skipped my workout yesterday, so i think i'm just gonna do DE bench tomorrow, and do DL's thursday or saturday. i was kind of curious...when i purchase a single ply suit, what can i expect to be squatting. after i get used to it of course. if anyone can answer that, that'd be awesome.

Sick squatting man...that's a lot of work! There's no telling what you'll get out of the suit. All I can say is try it out and see. Some people get a little, some get a lot.
