    110 days to kick Nito's ass.

    Long time, long time .

    Here's the situation guys:
    After being banned I was dedicated for a few more months. Made good gains and was the biggest I've ever been. Fast track: Beginning of the school year. "Partying", drugs, and those evil things we call women () absolutely dominated me.

    I guess bodybuilding has recently become my escape from that lifestyle. It + sports have become my #1 priority again. The problem? My good buddy and training partner Josh (Nito) decided to get bigger than me; MUCH bigger than me.

    I take offence to that brothers, so I'm on a mission to correct this issue. I have 110 days to win $50 by outsizing Nito. And the journey begins...

    (Note that I don't actually care to win $50 or prove anything... but the bet is a surefire motivational tool.)

    5'10" ~180lbs, 9-10% BF

    Strength is all over the place, I'll have solid reference numbers in a few workouts.

    I still can barely rep out 200 on the bench. And by rep out, I mean 3.

    LOL.

    I got a long ways to go. But muscle memory will hopefully 'kick in' a bit.

    I'm hoping I can get back to my old PRs within a month.

    Deads: 405 for 2

    I'd say it's more likely 10%. It's still a prediction, but I'm noticably leaner than I was at about 12%. So yeah, lol.

    It's really nothing impressive. My build and bone structure is fairly large; I don't really look "big" unless I'm 200+.

    Thanks guys. I keep forgetting about this thing, haha.

    Got a lower body workout in. Nothing to really note though, and didn't record down ****. Did deadlifts and front squats for the first time in.... I guess 8 months. Just making sure the form and CNS kick back in.

    Deadlifts @ 95, 135, 135, 225, 225, 275, 275, 275 on deads.
    - 5 reps for 275 and much higher for the others.

    Front Squats @ bar, 95, 115, 135, 145.
    - All sets at 10 reps. 95 set was the hardest due to the ****ed up form I had from not doing this movement in so long lol. Other sets flew up, last set done Ronnie style.

    Shot around the ball for a bit and that's that.

    Diet is @ 5000 calories by the way.

    Well, 4500 seemingly . Jumping from 2000 cals a day upwards doesn't come in a few days I guess lol.
