    shoe recomendations

    looking for shoe recomendations.........mainly for running.

    Your best bet is going to a running store and being fitted for a shoe. It is going to make a huge difference, especially if you are running for distance.

    i have some really nice brooks running shoes. i 2nd the idea to go to a running store and have them fitted, and be prepared to spend a $100 or more on a good, solid pair of running shoes.

    Nike = fashion shoes. IMO, I hate them. I mean, I have a couple pairs of shox like all the cool kids, but they're for everyday wear, not running.

    I run is saucony grid regulates and have a pair of grid domains. The regulates are pretty bulky, and I've heard that it feels like there's a golf ball under your foot if you've got flatter feet, but I love them.

    It all depends on how wide your foot is.. nike's are really tight on me b/c my feet are really wide, so new balances or asics work really well for me.

    looks like they dont make the ones i wear anymore but theyre awesome. waterproof, extremely tough and long lasting. paid 120 like 2 years ago at least for em, still in great shape

    The best pair of shoes I have for running is the pair of Asics I got at basic training years ago. I've ran at least 1000 miles on them and they fit and flex as good as the day I got them, all for $10.
