Would working out 2 days in a row spell disaster for this routine because you are squatting every workout? Do you think I should avoid this routine if I can't consistently free up the monday/wednesday/friday structure for working out?
I think it would be a problem personally. I would do something different.
I don't personally do mon-wed-fri and i do the bill starr but I just do it when it seems like I have recovered, but If i had to do bill starr two days in a row I probably wouldn't.
