Caught my girlfriend lieing to me

I know you all love these threads, so here is one for you guys to enjoy.

I found a bunch of cereal hidden under my sink. All sugar loaded crap. The girlfriend has basically been living with me except for 1-2 nights a week to grab clothes from her house and do laundry. I asked her why it is under the sink with all my cleaners and stuff. She told me that she just put it down there, and that a coworker gave it to her because he got some for free and had extra. She accepted to be nice. I didn't think twice of it and really don't care. I know she has been trying to lose weight and eat healthy and I think she feels guilty about that. Anyways I was cleaning yesterday and found a receipt that she left here and all the "junk" food I found was on the receipt. Honestly I don't care, but the fact that she lied about a box of cereal is weird.

Yea that is kind of a weird thing to lie about. Although when people are 'dieting' they tend to sneak certain things so people think they aren't cheating. Guess it falls into the same category as a closet smoker.

Although it's better she lied to you about cereal than having a boyfriend on the side or worse......

Well man, maybe you should step back and see how you're acting to her regarding her diet... think about when you'd hide the little **** from your parents. She probably just wanted some of that stuff, but knew you'd disapprove.

Anyways, ask yourself. Do you really care if she is lying about this? Obviously she doesn't want to disappoint you and she is embarassed she is cheating on her diet. I wasn't going to post anything about this, but I was bored, and have nothing to do at work today. Already wasted 1/2 the day looking for new jobs and updating my resume.

Anyways, no penis. I checked. She did say she was going to throw it away because she didn't like it. It is still there, so maybe I should just toss it and see what she says. She is very insecure about her body. She doesn't even own a swimsuit and says she only goes swimming in shorts/shirts.

I don't bug her about her diet. She just knows how strict I am with what I eat. The only thing I ever bugged her about was all the coke she is drinking. Now she just has gallons of OJ in my fridge.

Maybe I should let her know I caught her in this so I can turn it into some kinky sex.

There is a difference between a little cheating and a lot of cheating. I work hard all week to eat right and burn the calories off. If I want to go out and get a couple of drinks on the weekend I deserve to do that. I still lose weight that way. I would die if I had to cut out all the foods I love. If you are stuffing your face with crap all day, you won't lose weight and that's not cheating, that's called not dieting.
