If you have a reasonably sized video file, it's pretty easy to upload to youtube, putfile, flickr, etc.

Do you have a digital camera?
A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

I am sure I can borrow a webcam...

I am using a 2 inch foam pad on the bar (my traps complain if I don't) and a cardboard shoe box to know when I am paralell...is this ok with everyone? Not that I am gonna win

You can use the pad. Not that it's going to assist you any, but I don't know about using the shoe box to gauge depth...

Do you lift in front of your computer?

to be honest sensei i'm probably not going to beat you, but i'm going to try. But is there a way to get a video from a camcorder on the computer, if not I don't really think I can get a video unless someone on here lives in omaha NE.

when does the contest end? my mom is talking about getting a digital camera and it might make short videos.

    Nice job Deeder!

Looks like it's going to be a good contest.
-Gray Cook
