I would like to have an update on how the HST trainers are coming along so far...
Super. I have filled out a little and am stronger. Plus, I am eating under maintenance calories.
I am interested too. Anyone else wanna say how they're going?
If I eat myself, will I get bigger, or simply disappear?
This is only my first week but I am liking it so far. Maybe in a couple weeks I'll have a better opinion

Did my first workout yesterday. I reread Beyond Brawn on vacation this week, which made me wonder why I'm doing HST in the first place. I kept telling myself, but you're only maxing out once every two weeks. I will have a very low threshold for dropping HST. I will represent the cynic camp while doing this. In case it doesn't work out, I have already figured out a new split I want to try. Will take "before" measurements tonight.
I am on my 3rd week of HST and I love it! Never felt so good about working out or been so enthusiastic about training.
... Recomend it to all.
