I have a question, I am on a bulk and plan on being on it for quite a long time.
So normally I am supposed to shoot for 500 extra calories a day to gain, which I have been sticking to with a fairly clean bulk, I work out 6 days a week and on my rest day is it o.k. to eat more than 500 extra calories? I'm not concerned with gaining a little more fat, I just want to make sure my body is getting what it needs, I'm not talking about crap either just more protein, carbs, and fats.

Well assumming your maintenance cals are around 3300 cals. Since you normally eat 500 cals over (a 15% increase), this is a pretty conservative bulk as it is.
Now you are talking about adding 1 day of another 500 cals (a 30%) increase. Thats so tiny it wouldnt make a difference either way.
Think about it in terms of the week.
23100 cals = 7 days of maintenance eating
26600 cals = 7 days of maintenance + 500
27100 cals = 6 days of maintenance + 500 + 1 day of maintenance +1000
Have at it man.
Btw, if you dont mind, if you could post your maintenance cal and bulking cal numbers. Thanks.

From the calculator I used my maintenance cals is 3774, so bulk is 4274 so I could eat about 5000 right?

You used a calculator to find maintenance? Those are generally estimates/approximations and arent always the most accurate.
But going 1300 over ur maintenance for 1 day while on the bulk wont hurt.
