    how much water do you drink a day?

    Honestly, I only drink 4-6 bottles of water a day. Nestle brand.

    What about you guys?

    I'm not sure exactly. I just keep a huge cup of water always within arms reach and always full. I find myself emptying it several times throughout the course of the day..

    if you feel thirsty it's already too late, you're dehyrdated...I must make sure I drink enough water to not have that feeling
