    545 Incline

Here's a vid of my 545 incline from training this evening. I was very psyched to get this. This was a night where everything seemed to going wrong. I got caught in a rainstorm on the way into the gym and got soaked with no change of clothes of course. This was the incline I never used and they got rid of the one I was used to since Southside moved a few weeks ago. Bad platform, weird rack, just not comfortable. The floor and the bar were very slippery due to the crazy humidity.

I'll tell you 495 was tough and Rhodes was setting me up to make me feel alright if I missed. He gave me a pep talk on the way to the chalk bucket and it worked. There was no pause but I am still very pleased all things considered. Not to forget as you can see I had a t-shirt blowout. That could have been devestating. Alright, enough already. Here's the vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LyBtqqGv0Gk

I can't see it, but it sounds crazy just to think of over 500 lbs. on an incline...
