I finally made it into the 200's! Here's a video of me doing 200lbs on bench. Percent of bodyweight: 157%.
I actually tried 205lbs after the video and managed to do it, so that's really my new max!
I'm on my way to joining the two 45's club.

King, the 205 is most definitely max for now. I took twice as long to get that up as it did the 200. I tried 210 a while after the 205 and couldn't get it more than four inches off my chest.![]()
