    New bench max! 200lbs!

I finally made it into the 200's! Here's a video of me doing 200lbs on bench. Percent of bodyweight: 157%.

I actually tried 205lbs after the video and managed to do it, so that's really my new max!

I'm on my way to joining the two 45's club.

I believe that when the body is strong, the mind thinks strong thoughts. Time spent away from the Iron makes my mind degenerate. I wallow in a thick depression. My body shuts down my mind.

Dude, that looked way too easy for a max attempt

how did 205 feel? It would appear you could go even higher from the vid.

    Nice job.

Thanks. I lifted for two years in high school and just started lifting again two months ago.

That wasn't me, that as my friend who was holding the camera.

King, the 205 is most definitely max for now. I took twice as long to get that up as it did the 200. I tried 210 a while after the 205 and couldn't get it more than four inches off my chest.

    Thanks for the replies.
