    what sports do u think that can build big muscles, other than weightlifting or other types of resistance training? i think wrestling and gymnastics, cuz those guys are big and cut, and they usually don't lift too heavy as part of their training routine.

    Swimmers tend to be lean and toned, but not big, if that helps at all.

    All smart athletes use resistance training.

    here are some ways to get big without working out.

    construction, rock masonry, blacksmith(old fashion blacksmith), landscaping(not the lazy bum running things, the guys in the heat working), working in a restaraunt(move kegs around and lift bus trays for 8 hrs and see if you don't get some size on you.

    none of these will do a thing if you don't eat right and get some rest. imo, there is no better way to get big than to work out.
