There are only two things I can't stand in this world: people who are in intollerant of other peoples' cultures, and the dutch.
Tell me about it. They go away when, if through extraordinary circumstances, my waist hits 33". Then when life returns to normal my waist immediately hits 33 3/4 again and they're back. It only takes about a week. Bastard waistline.

Perfect time for this thread, i was curious about some solutions to my lovehandles.
Are there any exercises that I can supplement along with proper diet to enhance my results in this area, I don't theres no fat reduction but what about side bends and all
Side bends would make them worse, if anything. No way around droppin the fat.

Yea. I know there is no way to fix this problem but to get even leaner. Its ridiculous, I am clipping 14.3% Via 1 site and 14% via 3 site and my waist is at 39", Down from 48.8 but damn its still ridiculous !

I concur with all the hate directed towards love handles... Until I've got huge lats I almost have an hourglass figure =(

I'm a little confused maybe someone can enlighten me on how they would make then worse.
My father a prime example is so key on sidebends, growing up he only had a 30 pound dumbell and some bales of hay to toss around to get big on his farmland and did 100 side bends on each side every night for close to 15 years.
To this day he has a nice bot belly with obliques showing and you can't pinch any fat of his sides an his bellys as hard as a rock and he claims it was from all the years of side bends that tightened up his midsection
