    Teh Thunder Thighs.

Just a little update on certain bodyparts since I began, major improvement in my legs. Traps also.

    First pic, legs in May.
Second pic + third pic, legs in June after 2 months of Oly lifting, got 2" of growth. They are close to 27" now.
Trap shot, these have ballooned since I began all this heavy pulling.

Being a strong teenager means nothing.

My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.

Daaaaaamn! My legs are only about 24 (measured just under the glutes) and I'm already finding they rub when I walk. Your thighs are looking huge and traps are just unbelievable!

    and i just realized 5'10 230 @ 15 is just REDONK!

make sure to still do hamstring/glute work, as alot of oly lifting is heavy on the quads.

DAMN your a big 15 year old

you'd scare me if I passed you on the street

27" is pretty big bro, im at 28" but yours look a lot bigger than mine. Like stump said make sure you still do glute/ham work because once those quads get strong they have a tendency to take over a lot on certain lifts

We do alot of hamstring work, dont ya worry, I just did heavy RDLs off a block, and I always do hypers with a weight on my back. This guy fixed my shoulders, posture, and my whole body for that.

    Thanks everyone.

I've never got the shurgs down, I don't feel comfortable. Do you flex and hold before you lift? Do you keep your head at eye level straight, or do you look up / down?

it isnt thats hes shrugging directly (unless power shrugs) but the olympic lifts require a "shrug" at the top of the hip explosion and elbow bend, with him doing all of this stuff his traps exploded, along with his quads.

i think that you have much more in you for clean and jerk fuzz, your squat and bench is much to high to be only CJ 170, you have 200 in you all day bro.

I have so much more in me, but that 4 foot bastard I call a coach wont let me! If I got revved up enough i think I can get close to 250. but all in good time, form is more important then weight now.

Also, Im a muh better snatcher compartitvley. I got speed. hehe.

and yeah, the shrug at the top of lift when the hips hit the bar, I have to get massages 2-4 times a week to keep them from getting too tense.

I dont know, Ive always had meaty traps. The constant loa don the with the power cleans and stuff I guess does that.
