    extreme fatness, proceed w caution

    So I'm cutting right now and just would like to get a BF estimate please ? My body is crap because it holds almost all my fat in my midsection, pretty ****ty, these pics are from about a month ago, I have lost about 5-7 lbs since then, but from these pics what would you guys estimate by BF at ? Thanks, take care.

    You have a pretty big gut, but I honestly don't think your as fat as you think you are. Keep up the diet, looks like you're gonna have some killer arms and legs.

    Thanks a lot guys, yea I really like my calves, its just genetics I guess since I haven't done any serious calf only work. Here is a reference for when I was a fattie, although its not that great of a pic of my body, its all I got.

    Does anyone have any idea on BF ? I mean just a rough guess would be great, I just can't figure it out.

    I would say that about 22-25%, hard to tell since you seem to hold most of it in the midsection, same as me.

    Hard to tell without a clear stomach shot but I'm guessing 25%.

    Don't feel bad. I ended my last bulk that big. Most people are WAY bigger.

    Deadlift- 415
    Bench- Two 100lbs DB's four times
    190lbs 15% BF (Estimate)

    Hey thanks for the opinions, I was figuring at 20 but if its 25 **** jus more motivation for me. The best way I can describe my stomach now is when I flex my abs I can see outer obliques like come out, just move a little but I can actually see it.


    Unholy she is a little hottie but she's a money lovin whore, she's datin/livin with some fool who owns a club.
