    Chicken Salad

Kinda bored, so I thought Id post something that I like to eat. Its nothing revolutionary but, again this is for amusement.

    Ingredients:
-Chicken breast(fillets chopped up, or canned)
    -onion
    -green pepper
    -broccoli
    -tomato
    -salad mix

    Prep:

    1. I like to chop the onions and green pepper and cook them in a skillet with some nonstick spray. Sometime I do it with the tomato as well.
    2. Add seasoning to the onion and pepper. I like old bay, season salt, adobo and cayenne pepper.
    3. If you didnt cook the tomato, chop up tomato, add broccoli and sald mix. Add more seasoning if desired.

If im looking for extra cals, Ill add almonds or maybe some dressing.

Very filling and can be low calorie if desired.
    Complication breeds desperation.
