I am a 6' 1", 190lb 15 year old, and have been lifting for just over a year. I used to play football, but have stopped to focus on bodybuilding, which is more fun for me. I am looking to get SUPER shredded and add more mass, and was wondering if anyone knows a routine that can do both????
I am pretty poor and do not have enough money for supplements, but i eat about 5-7 small clean meals a day.
Please help![]()

In addition to what Mcvein said, there is no routine that will make you shredded or huge at the same time. Hell getting either of those attributes comes down to diet.
Either cut and lose mostly fat, bulk for muscle and the fat that comes along, or eat at maintenace for long term gains.

You will get best results if you pick one goal at a time and work towards it. Either gain mass, or lose fat. Unless you're fat, I'd bulk first. Get on a solid routine consisting of mainly compound movements and eat big. Your diet will play a very large role in your progress. Supplements can help, but like McVein said, they are not needed. Though, if you do find it difficult to eat a lot, a meal replacement shake is an easy way to get in extra calories.
What does your current routine look like? How much do you bench, squat, and deadlift?
Bench:240
Dead:345
Squat: coming off an injury
my current routine was whatever my ex-football coach told me to do.
Thank u, and does anyone have a great routine for mass??
Ditch the football routine your coach gave you for something here. Too many damned horror stories about shoulders and knees from those archaic programs.
(see:coming off an injury.)
Focus on one at a time and you'll achieve your goals much sooner.
Out of the night that covers me,Black as the Pit from pole to pole,I thank whatever gods may be for my unconquerable soul. In The fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance my head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears looms but the horror of the shade And yet the menace of the years finds, and shall find, me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate how charged with punishments the scroll,I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.

I know, im so done with football and all those idiots.
What routine would be best for mass??
Read the stickies.
No ROUTINE can make you gain mass.
Hence my statement earlier...
getting either of those attributes comes down to diet

Nothing more to add to that. Diet is Paramount.

Don't know anymore..don't care atm.
I was helpful in my previous post.
Kooldrew-
His goals are mass. To gain mass, you need to gain weight. To do that, he needs eat more than he expends. That has NOTHING to do with a routine.
I know you know this, but other than his trying to progress in the gym(more weight, or more reps with previously used weight) with compound movements, he just needs to eat.
Definately wasnt trying to be a dick, but when dealing with people with a lot of questions, particularly ones that dont have answers, I believe its better to really set them straight.
