    Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

I did a little bit of reading up on this and it's rather interesting.
I had posted a thread a couple of weeks back with a concern that my hands and arms were going to sleep on me like you wouldn't believe while sleeping.
Everything I have read leads me to believe this is what I have.

Out of the night that covers me,Black as the Pit from pole to pole,I thank whatever gods may be for my unconquerable soul. In The fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance my head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears looms but the horror of the shade And yet the menace of the years finds, and shall find, me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate how charged with punishments the scroll,I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.

It sounds kind of similar to a nerve being pinched by muscle tissue, if the **** is bad man I'd be at docs office.

it's not. It explains why it occurs when I'm sleeping. Has to do with Neck position.

I think Hank Blalock of the rangers had this earlier. He had surgery to remove a rib.

Kenny Rogers had this about 4 years ago when he was with the rangers. He also removed a rib.

I've had the same problem, but with my legs and not when sleeping. They'll just randomly go to sleep and it drizes me insane. It doesn't even have to be when I'm sitting or putting pressure on them, I could be standing around and my leg instantly goes tingly numb.

Down mostlly. Of course now I sleep on a couch with dogs on me and don't notice it. The dogs cured me.
