Today was super rough at first, 345 felt like a ton. I then added a box and again 275 felt like it was 405, but I keep working up and after my 315x5, which felt awesome, I threw 365 on there.
Hoping to get my squats moving back up in the right direction.

This week was rough, Traveled to Dallas, TX on Tuesday for work. Had to be up at 4 am to catch my flight, so I didn't get my lower session in. Was out drinking until 12:30 last night then got up at 3:45 to catch my flight back.

I really went balls to the wall today and it turned out better than I expected. 405 felt like a ton, 435 was super slow and I didn't think 455 was possible, but I put it on and pulled away. 365x8 was brutal and my thumbs were screaming. Everything was done with a reset at the bottom, I'm not into the touch and go.
No PRs recently, but still some strong workouts.
