getting into my 3rd month
but like a fool i forget to take any measurements when i started
anyways at the end of the 2nd month
Bicep -=- 14" (both)
Tricep (Not sure If i measured this right) -=- Right = 13" and Left = 131/2" with about 1/2" of fat
Waist -=- 40"
Stomach -=- 44" (with much fat)
Thigh -=- 24"1/2" with about 4" fat
Calves-=- Right = 17 1/2" Left = 18"
Forearm -=- Right = 11 3/4" Left = 11 1/2"
Height 5'6 (i think, im 170cm so yea whaetva that works out to)
Weight 100kg (220lbs ?) Dropped 10kg (22lbs) since I started (no cardio)
Max's based off estimation formula thingy
Flat Bench - 59kg
Incline Bench - 48kg
Barbell Bicep Curl - 36kg
I do deadlifts and squats to but im still working on technique for those
Single Leg Calf Raise - 303lbs (Not including body weight)

r these mesurements when the muscles are relax, or u stif them up while taking measurments?

measurements pretty much the same
dropped 2kg though![]()
so bodyweight's 98kg now
Dumbell pressing 55lbs for 8
Squating 40kg + olympic bar (could go higher but im a bit worried about my technique, might ask one of the guys at the gym to see what he thinks)
Deadlifts (110lbs REALLY BAD TECHNIQUE I SUCK AT DEADLIFTS, I think it's cause im not holding the bar high enough, keep hitting my knees on the way down and i know its got nothing to do with strength cause my BB row is almost the same)
Barbell Bent Over Row - 90lbs
Incline Dumbell Bicep Curl (35lbs - After back exercises and not much of an incline, more like seated to stop me cheating with my back)
I think I might be overtraining my biceps though :/
cause my Back & Bi day consists of
Deadlifts (2 Work sets)
Lat-Pulldown (2 Work sets)
Bent-Over Row (2 Work sets)
Incline Dumbell Bicep Curl (2 Work sets)
Hammer Curls (2 Work sets)
Maybe I should drop the hammer curls?
And I see what you mean about the measuring bicep seperately from tricep, I spose the correct term would be Arm size or something
Oh yea the measurements were flexed and I got one other question. Is bone size a measure of potential? Cause im around 5'7 and have a 7"inch wrist and a 12" ankle. Is that good?

measurements same, cept bicep's now 14 1/2"
weight dropped to 96kg
Db pressing 65lbs for 5
Squating 90kg (inlc. bar) for 8
Deadlifts 75kg (inlc. bar) for 8 (special thanks to the guys who helped me in the training forum)
Bb Row 65kg (inlc. bar) for 5
Seated Db Curl - 40lbs for 4
still aiming for those 85lb Db by midyear
and 105lb Db by end of year
hopefully the Db increments wont be to much of a problem
from now on Db's go 65,75,85,95,105, no more 5lb increments

Not bothering to take measurements this month
had a shocking amount of workouts
only 4workouts the whole month
had soccer the first 3 weeks then i was sick the last week
but back to normal now so im gonna hit it hard for the next month
and go on from there
One good thing was that I got my first triple digit lift
100kg squat for 5
now to get the deadlift to triple digits
