    Height Increase By Stretching

    This forum

    http://www.giantscientific.com/heigh...31b5feff993852

says that with a series of stretches, sprints, and routines, along with the proper supplements you can grow by stretching your sprine and shins.

It's a regular forum just like this one with guides and people with real results just like this. I don't know why this many people would lie but I've been told several times that your height is genetically determined, but like I said it seems legit just like this forum and I don't know why that many people would lie about their results.

HOLY SH**! This stuff is freaking great! It's like a comedy forum or something. Here is some kid's routine :lmao:

    10:00 pm - 6/8:00: Sleep in complete darkness with a raised bed bottom of 6 - 12''
    8:00 - 8:30: Stretch for 20/25 mins then hang for 5/10 mins
8:35 - 9:05: Healthy breakfast with a multivitamin, also will be wearing KIMI bearfoot during this time
    9:10 - 9:30: Self Hypnosis

11:30 - 11:45: Healthy snack with fish body oil

    2:00 - 2:25: Healthy lunch
2:30 - 3:30: cycling with raised seat (15 miles a day), then hang a little when done to decompress spine

4:20 - 4:30: Protein shake and arginine pills
4:30 - 5:30: Workout - Start with 100 crunches for abs, then I will work out with my total gym for muscle work and GH secretion, then I will run some sprints for GH secretion, and end with a mile run for microfractures, then hang some when done to decompress spine
5:30 - 6:00: Quick shower and drink my HGH cocktail (a blend of fava beans, cabage, and tomatoes) good for pituitary gland and helps you release more GH during sleep, also wear KIMI barefoot again for about 15 mins
6:00 - 6:30: take glucosamine and chondroitin pills, then do 200 kicks with each leg and hang with 15 lbs. ankle weights
6:30 - 9:00: sit with 15 lbs. ankle weights, during this i will also try the thighbone tapping routine while i'm sitting
9:00 - 9:15: stretch and then 15 mins on inversion
9:15 - 9:45: Self Hypnosis again, take calcium, vit. D, and arginine pills b4 bed
    Asleep by 10:00

    * The blanks are my breaks, I also consider sitting with ankle weights a break because i can watch Tv or sit on the computer or w/e during that time
    * and I started by saying slepp from 10 to 6/8 so i can vary my routine a little, like on busier days i could wake up at 6 and still get 8 hours sleep
    * I will be maintaining a good posture all day long
    * I will make sure to drink lots of water all day long
    * no masterbation
*I will try to breath more deeply throughout the day, its good for the brain
*Also if i feel I need to i can sleep wth ankle weights on

**and something different that I will be doing with the kicking i will put ankle weights on my wrists and throw baseballs for about 10 mins to help lengthen my arms some. A lot of major league pitchers pitching arms are 2 inches longer then their other arm, and i also used to be a pitcher and my pitching arm is about 1/2 longer then the other

    Some pretty stupid stuff there.

You can get a small amount of height by improving your posture.

I was gonna say I could see how stretching could be perceived to make you taller...if it helped your posture

but those people are just plain idiots...so I doubt that's what they were talking about at all

Personally, I'm glad bone doesn't stretch - like they're hoping to accomplish.

That's totally hilarious. The sad thing is, they probably see 'results' from it if they do it towards the end of the day. When you wake up you're a bit taller (~0.25-0.5") than at the end of the day due to reduced swelling of the disks in your back - perhaps the hanging of weights causes swelling and give them 'hope'... or something.

What's funny is that there probably are people on other bodybuilding/health forums that bash wannabebig just like we are bashing these idiots thinking they can grow by hanging onto a bar. "Those idiots over at wannabebig don't think that doing hundreds of crunches a day will get me super-ultra-mega-uber ripped abs....LOL"

I've looked through a few topics there already and it seems everybody with success stories are like 15 yrs old. Yet, they seem to think it was their awesome stretching routine... lol.

I was actually thinking the same thing. If anybody who had a clue what they were talking about went over there, the people there probably believe the stuff so much, they'd think we were the idiots.

The only way I can think of improving height is either breaking the bone and stretching the growth plate so the bone regrows longer.

    Or injecting some potent HGH

    Hypnosis? Hanging?

And id guess in his "breaks" the kids on the computer posting on that site. Got to feel sorry for the guy actually.... looks like he's spending his whole summer doing "excersises to make him taller" and pretty much nothing else. Definetly one of the stupider things ive read in awhile...

    Because they're stupid.

Tall people that complain about being short need to be beaten with a large cane. They don't and never will know what it's like.
