    nutrition info in a shawarma?

Yeah, does anybody know it? or at least has a rough estimate i've been googling & googling already and it's not listed on FitDay...

I eat a couple of these everyday. The ones i get are about, i'm estimating, at 4-5inches long. made up of beef, onions, tomato slices.

if anybody knows please let me know. thanks!!
