I realize this is probably terrible and I am just looking for any feedback. This is my first try at a diet plan. I am 205 lbs and I'd guess anywhere from 14-20% BF.
My diet plan is 28% fat, 26% carbs, 46% protein at 2099 calories per day. I believe my maintence level is about 3000.

I'm already going to be subbing in chicken or a different type of meat for one of the tuna meals. And the non-fat milk and whey will be blended together. Other than that, how does this look?
Cals seem a little low if maintenance is 3000. UPPPP the fats!
make sure you drop your cals slowly by 200-500 a day from what you are doing now

Yea 200-500 cals a day is ridiculous. The OP is over 200lbs with a maintenance of about 3000 calories, he's already in a 1k/day deficit dropping 200-500 a day would have him at next to nothing after a few days. This is a marathon not a race. Once people understand that they will be much happier with their results.
