Building a Monster Upper Back

A huge and thick upper back is the hallmark of the alpha strength athlete. Only those with the fortitude and will to train with the requisite intensity will achieve the kind of upper back that literally intimidates and inspires awe in all who see it.

If you truly want the biggest and strongest back possible, it is necessary to combine the best of both the powerlifting and bodybuilding worlds!

Nitric Oxide

I was looking for a NO product and was pleased to see very little on side effects....until I saw this from Drugs.com

-Mutagenicity

'Nitric oxide has shown to be genotoxic in Salmonella (Ames Test), human lymphocytes, and after in vivo exposure in rats. {02}'

Hmm whats that mean then so I checked wikipedia

'Genotoxic substances are known to be potentially mutagenic or carcinogenic, specifically those capable of causing genetic mutation and of contributing to the development of tumors.'

Dont sound good to me

try some straight L-Arginine... i take it sparingly maybe a gram or two ever week or so before a workout session. Helps me get a good lifting session in... just took one pill (500mg) yesterday and beat the bejesus out of my shoulders. Could be a placebo effect but for $5 for a bottle... eh who cares.

I agree with Skalami, L-Arginine has worked great for me in the past and it's cheap
