Apple No-Carb Day
Are apples okay for no-carb days? I know they have carbs, but I don't know if they're a make-or-break deal.

One apple is fine for a low-carb day. One dozen apples however...

No-Carb day? Maybe low carb day! I would use carbs differently myself!

If you're doing a no carb day, I'd stay away from fruit. There's a lot of sugar in just about any fruit (lemons and limes are the exception as they have about as much sugar as a cup of broccoli)

Average apple has like 25 carbohydrates.
So, no. Be afraid. Be very afraid. |
