Well as the Title states, I decided to go ahead and start my 9 week cycle. I have all the products I will need, I have had my diet in check for months straight, and it pretty much perfected, and I will be posting my daily workouts, opinions, side effects, and such on the products. It should be crazy!!
This is what I have sitting in my closet, getting put to use as of 10/24/09 Saturday!

Beginning Weight is 176lbs.

3 Bottles Bioforge
3 Bottles T-Force
1 Bottle T-Bol
1 80 Serving CL GreenMag Sour Apple
1 625G Serving CL White Flood Electric Lemonade
1 5lb Gaspari MyoFusion Milk Chocolate
1 4lb ON 100% Casein Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter
1 CL Orange Triad Multi-Vitamin

I will be taking these as directed, but slightly different. My pills, powders, and diet will look like this.

Pre-Workout:
2 scoops White Flood
1 scoop GreenMAG
2 Bioforge pills
2 T-Force pills
2 T-Bol Pills

Post-Workout: 7:15am
2 scoops MyoFusion Whey Protein (52g Protein)

Meal1: 7:45am
Big Bowl of Oatmeal with slices of apples
3 Orange Triad Multi's

Meal 2: 9:00am
1 cup brown rice and veggie
1 can of chicken

Pre-Meal 3: 11:30am
1 pill Bioforge pills
1 pill T-Force pills
2 T-Bol pills

Meal 3: 12:00pm
1 cup brown rice and veggie
2 cans tuna
16 whole grain reduced fat crackers

Meal 4: 2:45
1 cup brown rice and veggie
1 can of chicken

Pre-Meal 4: 5:15pm
1 Bioforge pills
1 T-Force pills
2 T-Bol pills

Meal 4: 6:30pm
Usually lean meat, chicken, rice, or some kind of meat
Salad and broccoli
Piece or two of whole grain bread toasted

Pre-Bed Meal 5: 9pm
2 scoops ON Casein Protein (52g Protein)

This amounts to 1400-1800 Calories, and 230-270 Grams of Protein. Yes, I'm trying for cutting/re-composition/strength.

Workouts will be:

Monday: Chest, Triceps, Abs

Wednesday: Back, Abs

Thursday: Biceps, Forearms

Friday: Shoulders, Traps, Legs, Abs

Im pumped to see what I can really achieve!!

Day 2 10/25/09: OFF

Just checking in today, even though it is an off day. It has been officially one full day of servings of all supps, and I have already seemed to notice a big difference in mood it feels like. It seems like I am just in an all round better mood, no other effects as of yet. Will post tomorrow after workout.

DAY 4 10/27/09: OFF

I usually feel sore at least a day after lifting, but I feel virtually no soreness at all this morning. I do feel a whole lot more energy throughout the day; with much less fatigue than normal. I still feel the enhanced/enlightened mood throughout the day also. No increases in libido yet, or any other sides.

As far as recovery and fatigue, little to virtually none. Pumps are very huge, and long lasting throughout the day. Mood is still very elevated. Strength gains, I have had a few PR's, but not too sure if it is from the supps yet. No increase in libido. I think the supps have yet to fully kick in.

Today was one hell of a workout! It was my best shoulder workout, I would say ever! I felt like I could just keep going, and the wights were so light; which made me hit numerous PR's!! Im very very slowly starting to see some effects from these, which is starting to be some pretty good strength gains. I am still starting to get extremely hungry all the time. I have an extremely elevated/good mood still. No other sides, no libido increases. I do seem to feel like Im leaning out some, but I won't weigh myself until Saturday for my week review.

Well, today is DAY 8: OFF DAY, and I will be posting my one week review later on today. I forgot to weigh myself this morning, so later on today I will weigh myself. I really really feel like I am leaning out during the past week. As of about DAY 5, I have become extremely hungry compared to normal. I feel like I started to get a lot more aggitated/irritated faster within the past few days. I will be back later on tonight.

I got busy this weekend, and I couldn't really post much. As of DAY 8, which was my one week day; I feel great.
My one week review:
Weight: 176lbs, which stayed exactly the same after a week! This is actually quite startling, because I feel like my muscles are growing, Im breaking PR'S, and I feel like Im getting leaner; but yet my weight is still the same. I guess only time will tell after the next couple of weeks.
Strength: I feel like my strength is slowly going up. I have broken a few PR'S this first week, whether it be from placebo effect or the supps; only the next few weeks will tell.
Mood: I have had a very elevated mood this whole week.
Fatigue: I have had little to almost no fatigue or soreness the following day of lifting.
Libido: No effect
Hunger: I have slowly been getting hungrier and hungrier this week.
Pumps: Awesome pumps all day!

All in all Im very impressed with these supplements, and Im exicted to see the weeks to come!

DAY 9: Sunday: OFF

DAY 10: MONDAY: CHEST AND ABS

CHEST:

Flat DB Press:
25s x 7
40s x 7
50s x 7
50s x 7
Flat BB Bench Press:
135lbs x 7
145lbs x 7
155lbs x 7
135lbs x 7
Fly Machine:
80lbs x 7
90lbs x 7 (PR!)
100lbs x 7 (PR!)
Incline BB Bench Press:
95lbs x 7
105lbs x 7
115lbs x 7

ABS:

Sit-ups:
1 x 25
Reverse Sit-ups:
1 x 25
Rotating Ab Machine:
70lbs x 25 Left
70lbs x 25 Right
Weighted Crunch/Sit-up Machine:
70lbs x 50

Today I just felt tired at the gym, I had a long busy weekend with the g/f and my son. But I still went to the gym and actually had a pretty good workout. I didn't set any PR'S on the bench, but the PR I set last week, I actually did, and then an extra set! It felt pretty light, which is great seeing as I just set the PR last week. I also set a PR on the fly machine, even though I felt SOOO tired on it. I just wasn't impressed with my incline, but being as I did so well on the others, I didnt care too much. Abs, I held my PR's from last week too. So I would say strength is staying, and gaining. My mood is still elevated, though Im slowly seeming to get more and more irritated quickly. No increase in libido. Im freaking hungry ALL the time though!

I am glad that you found this site.

That is quite a supplement stack for a beginner/intermediate trainee, in fact it looks like you are going to run through at least $450 worth of products in quite a short period of time.

9 Week Supplement Stack:
3 Bottles Bioforge ($45-$65 each / $135-$195)
3 Bottles T-Force ($35-$60 each / $105-$180)
1 Bottle T-Bol ($50-$75)
1 80 Serving CL GreenMag Sour Apple ($40-$60)
1 625G Serving CL White Flood Electric Lemonade ($40-$73)
1 5lb Gaspari MyoFusion Milk Chocolate ($39 - $67.50)
1 4lb ON 100% Casein Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter ($45-75)
1 CL Orange Triad Multi-Vitamin ($30-45)

What exactly is your goal? Are you looking to gain as much mass as possible? Interested in competitive bodybuilding? Trying to improve performance for a sport?

I also noticed that your lower body training appears to be somewhat neglected, and there is quite a strength imbalance with your bench press being about equal to your squat.

Not sure if you are posting this log for advice or just to track your own progress. Please let me know as I will move it to the training journals section if you are simply looking for a place to log your workouts.

I will keep this here in the Supplement section as long as there is supplement related dialogue, and move it to the Training Journals section if the thread becomes more of a workout log.

Question: How do you plan to make an assessment of a product when you are taking (8) different supplements, many of which have similar functions? For example how can you determine if your intra-workout drink is actually improving recovery or if it is due to your post-workout drink, testosterone boosters, or other general supplements.

Also, what is your training background? Did you previously bulk from a lower weight and you are now looking to recomposition?

Since you've already done the research maybe you can save me some time - what are the active ingredients in each of these (not including the protein powder and multivitamin)?

I actually first off, am not taking nor did I list an intra-workout drink. Im taking a Pre-workout drink (White Flood) with a creatine (Green Mag). My post workout drink is only Whey Protein. I take the multi-vitamins daily. Pre-Bed I take the casein protein. All of which I have been taking for months and months now, so I know how my body reacts to them. I recently only added the 3 test boosters; for a 9 week cycle.

I realize that you are not using an intra-workout supplement.

My question was simply asking how you could make an assessment of multiple individual supplements when you are adding more than one new supplement at a time. Thank you for clarifying that you have been using some of these products for a couple of months and the "test booster stack" is the new addition.

Do T-Bol, T-Force, and BioForge work synergistically? Or are you just looking to maximize the dosages of certain compounds that they contain. Have you used any "test booster" products in the past?

Also, what kind of whey protein are you using for post-workout? Myofusion is a blend.

Tom he is going to get at least 1006% stronger with that ****, and huger too!

Lol, come on! You have a total of 13 posts pretty much all (if not all) of which are you touting some new supps. I wonder what your motive could be...

Tell you what, forget the crap you are using get some real products with legit claims from AtLarge Nutrition. You might just actually get some respectable lifts and a decent physique. I mean seriously, you are benching 135 lbs and blowing a HUGE amount of money on supps with virtually nothing to show for it... When I was your size I made much better gains with ZERO supps.

Rippenshee -

I find it hard to believe that you have been using your supplement stack outside of the "test boosters" when you created numerous posts on another forum stating that your first time using supplements was 10/16/2009 (and at that time you were using a stack made up entirely of BSN products).

You are 22, just starting out with weight training, and looking to maximize your gains.

These testosterone booster products unfortunately are going to be a complete waste of money for you. That is OK, we all have read persuasive supplement advertisements and been taken for a ride. I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish with your supplement log on here though.

Based on your photos it looks like you are already relatively lean and just need to build some muscle mass; which will also increase your metabolism and improve body composition. Your diet and training has been listed here, and I think that there are some definite areas for improvement there. With the supplements you can hold onto everything that you have and can find ways to effectively utilize these products over time. Supplements are meant to 'supplement' a proper diet and training program, not to be the focus of your regimen.

I am willing to help you since I know that it can be tough to find a good resource when you are getting started.

You just need to be honest about your training background and goals, as well as your supplements. It doesn't make you 'cool' that you spend $500 on supplements that will only last you for a couple of months. Getting on the right program and making gains is what would be impressive. When you are first starting out the best way to make gains is to keep things simple. Compound movements, lots of food, and a couple of quality supplements if necessary.

Let me know if I can help, but otherwise I am going to shut down this thread since you have already posted some dishonest information.

I will admit I am just starting out on supplements, and weight lifting. BUT I did do a lot and a lot of research on these procuts, and thought I bought some sound products. I have never EVER had anyone in any forums talk to me like Tom did, and/or give me the advice he did. Thank you! As you can see though, I have already spent the money on these supps, and am already over a week deep into the cycle. Advice?

No problem, I am glad that you found the forum and would be happy to try to work with your current supplements / training regimen to optimize your results.

I am going to do this in a couple of posts to make it easier to read through, starting off with your training split.

Current Split:
Monday: Chest, Triceps, Abs
Wednesday: Back, Abs
Thursday: Biceps, Forearms
Friday: Shoulders, Traps, Legs, Abs

Here is what I would recommend:

RIPPINSHEE's Training:
Monday: Chest / Abs
Wednesday: Back / Biceps / Traps
Thursday: Legs / Abs
Friday: Shoulders / Triceps

Exercises:

Chest
Compound: Incline/Flat/Decline Barbell or Dumbbell Press (5-7 sets total of two exercises)
Isolation: Hammer Strength, Cable Crossover, Dumbbell Flyes, Pec Deck. (2-4 sets of two exercises)

Back
Compound: Chins, Bent Over Rows, Pendlay Rows, One-Arm Dumbbell Rows (5-8 total sets)
Isolation: Hammer Strength, Low Pulley Rows, Hammer Strength Machines. (2-5 sets of 2-3 exercises)
**If you would like to do some olympic lifting such as hang cleans this is the day to include them.

Biceps
Compound: Dumbbell or Barbell Curls - Standing (3-4 sets)
Isolation: Preacher Curls, Machine curls, Cable Curls, etc. (1-3 sets)

Traps
Wide grip upright rows, Rack Pulls, Dumbell Holds / Farmers Walk (2-4 sets)

Legs
Compound: Squats, Lunges, Box Squat, Front Squat (3-8 sets)
Isolation: Machines (2-5 sets)

Shoulders
Compound: Barbell or Dumbbell Military Press (3 sets)
Isolation: Dumbbell Raises, Machines, Upright Rows (2-5 sets)

Triceps
Compound: Dips, Close Grip Bench Press, JM Press (3-6 sets)
Isolation: Skull Crushers, Pushdowns, Overhead Dumbbell Extensions (2-4 sets)

Abs / Low Back
Weighted abs and hyperextensions. (5-10 sets)

**For all of these bodyparts if you go with the upper end on sets for the compound movements then keep the volume down on the isolation movements, and vice versa.

I can adapt things a bit if there are certain bodyparts that you want to work on but this program would be a good place to start. Each workout should be under an hour and your rep range should be anywhere from 3-8 reps on most compound exercises, 8-12 on isolation movements.

Let me know what you think and we can refine your program from there.

RIPPINSHEE - What supplements do you have on hand right now, and what amounts of each do you have left?

That workout looks very good Tom, I will scan over it for a few days, and I will try to use it and ask questions. I have 2 unopened bottles of Bioforge and 2 unopened of T-Force. 1/4 bottles of bioforge, t-force, and t-bol left. 1/2 bottle of orange triad, myofusion, and on casein.
