Hey Guys
Hey guys,
My names Evan and I am currently a sophomore in College. I was going to play football in college, but was sidelined permanently due to a few knee injuries that won't really allow me to get hit there anymore. However, I have found my new sport in the strength sports arena. I want to compete in Strongman and Powerlifting. I am currently 5'11 and weigh between 205-210. My best gym lifts are Squat: 405 x 10 (did recently, don't know real max) Deadlift: 600 x 1 Bench Press: 370 x 1 Push-Press: 275 x 1 (235 x 6) I have done Wendlers 5/3/1 and a modified Westside template before, but right now I am training for a Strongman competition in December so my training has a little more high rep work in there. I'm glad I found this site because there seems to be a lot of great resources on here. |
