The only "fat burner" (if considered) I have used is hydroxycut. I used for a few months, 3-4, and lost around 15 lbs, combined with running for an hour from Mon-Sat. IT worked ok. It gave me tons of energy. I couldn't sleep that much because of the caffeine in it, but overall it was ok. I don't think it did anything for me, just the energy boost from the caffeine.

Any one that would recommend something to lose weight?

Thanks,

Ryu

I recommend getting your diet in check, lifting heavy and throwing in some cardio. If you really want an aid then try the ECA stack (epehdra, caffeiene, aspirin).

I've used both Thermocin and Nitor from Atlarge and definitely noticed a difference.

I've been slowly cutting without any supps for the past couple months but I finally caved a couple days ago and ordered adipo-x. If nothing else, the stimulants should help give me an energy boost in the gym.

eventually you will have to cycle it, and use for shorter periods. (generally).

also as you age, generally one will also have to deal with various metabolic changes as well as the inevitable increase in aromatase (and thus estrogen).l

so EOS... perhaps right now... but EOS infinitum... probably not.

That's a Myth. The thermogenic effect of EC continues with long term use. Appetite suppression and other stimulation effects subside after a while.

Are ECA stacks safe? Ephedra has been pulled off the market, this is why I ask, I know you can still get it in a lot of places but it makes me a bit nervous and I can not find any concrete information about it.

Would and ECA stack be a good pre-workout formula? I currently use nitor as my pre-workout stimulant

I have tried many including the ECA stack, which I used to think was the gest. Now, I will tell you without reservation to try Nitor http://atlargenutrition.com/nutritio...products_id=12 I am 292 lbs. and I cannot even take 2 at a time. With my diet in check and Nitor I am dropping 1 lb. a week which is perfect. This stuff is very potent. I challenge people to try it and tell me differently.

I am currently taking nitor and I love the product, tons of clean energy. I am able to take 3 capsules with no problem, but again I really like the product. I was only asking about the ECA stack out of curiosity. Not trying to say anything bad about atlarge, I am currently taking nitor and results, both of which I think are 2 of the best products on the market

YES.

they were pulled off the market but they are back. The FDA lost that case, because they could not prove ANY HARM. Though most large companies wont carry it because an FDA pull means insurance companies wont touch it.
