Building a Monster Upper Back

A huge and thick upper back is the hallmark of the alpha strength athlete. Only those with the fortitude and will to train with the requisite intensity will achieve the kind of upper back that literally intimidates and inspires awe in all who see it.

If you truly want the biggest and strongest back possible, it is necessary to combine the best of both the powerlifting and bodybuilding worlds!

Cardio without using your feet?

What sort of cardio exercises can one do without using their feet much? I would just do sprints/jogging like i used to, but i sprained my ankle 10 weeks ago and its still a bit swollen and it hurts just to walk on it. I probably tore a ligament in it since the x-rays didnt show a break..

What are some things i can do in terms of cardio? keep in mind i cannot jog, i can't even squat because the tendons in my ankle get pulled too much.

Thanks for your advice.

P.S. this isnt an average pain or rare pain. i often times wince in pain putting on my shoes or if i step on unever ground and my ankle bends just slightly to one side or the other. Just letting you people know it is severe pain and im not just being a wimp
