Building a Monster Upper Back

A huge and thick upper back is the hallmark of the alpha strength athlete. Only those with the fortitude and will to train with the requisite intensity will achieve the kind of upper back that literally intimidates and inspires awe in all who see it.

If you truly want the biggest and strongest back possible, it is necessary to combine the best of both the powerlifting and bodybuilding worlds!

I've tried it. It used to bloat me real bad and make my stomach hurt. Other than that it worked alright. I like GNC's creatine mono alot better though, I get way better results from it. Body Fortress's protein was pretty good

I like the creatine monohydrate powders that have Creapure brand creatine on the label. It's not the only good stuff out there, but I trust em more than body fortress

friend of mine got that creatine and it was hard for him to stomach. I personally never tried it. I have been taking the body/fortress protein and I like it, taste is decent and it seems to help and doesn't sit like a rock in my stomach.

For cheap stuff, try the Sixstar from wallyworld. I took some for a while, didnt notice any problems at the time.
