best sleep ever.

I made my own nightime blend. You guys should really try it out. I've been having the deepest sleep I've had in awhile.

2.4g ZMA
1mg melatonin
100mg 5htp

I take it about an hour before I want to sleep and it really does the job to get me drowsy and fall asleep. I've been doing it for a week and thought I should share.

ZMA is a great supplement. Besides the *****ed up dreams I have from them it gives me the best sleep and I wake up 100% ready to roll.

meletonin is under rated, good stuff.

Where do you get the other stuff for your "sleep stack"??

you guys feel fine all the next day? and it's not addictive / habit forming?

i've found that i sleep deeper and longer if i smoke cigs... NOT recommended.

Any place sells this stuff.. your local CVS/ Walgreens will have it. ZMA can be found at any GNC but its expensive. I dont think CVS/walgreens carry it. Its probably the best to get it online

Anything can become habbit forming if youdo it regularly.

ZMA and Melatonin.

Melatonin is my savior! lol
lets me function fine getting 5 hours sleep a night, used to need 7ish

i tried upping the doseage before but my tollerance built VERY quickly and I lost all benefits
