Building a Monster Upper Back

A huge and thick upper back is the hallmark of the alpha strength athlete. Only those with the fortitude and will to train with the requisite intensity will achieve the kind of upper back that literally intimidates and inspires awe in all who see it.

If you truly want the biggest and strongest back possible, it is necessary to combine the best of both the powerlifting and bodybuilding worlds!

New guy from california

- Brandon
- 29
- Male
- Modesto, California
- Union sheet metal worker
- No formal training just what i read and practice
- Working out (obviously), Working on my car and typical guy stuff.

I joined basically because I wanna be bigger haha. I have been bigger at times. started at 165lbs about 5 years ago and managed to get to 192lbs through diet and exercise.

I am around 175lbs now but just were my body settled back to after three years of not working out. Just joined a gym again about 3 months ago. I have been going and eating healthier but not really hit it hard at all. My goal is to hit it hard again and hopefully break 200lbs. No set time limit really just a size goal. So I look forward reading and learning from all of you here and what this site has to offer.
