Building a Monster Upper Back

A huge and thick upper back is the hallmark of the alpha strength athlete. Only those with the fortitude and will to train with the requisite intensity will achieve the kind of upper back that literally intimidates and inspires awe in all who see it.

If you truly want the biggest and strongest back possible, it is necessary to combine the best of both the powerlifting and bodybuilding worlds!

Post a photo; Your absolute WORST!

Just as the thread title states, show us the lowest you have been! It was a refreshing reminder for me of how far I have come to look at some old snaps of mine, I'd like to see what everyone has done!

Admittedly this isn't a transformation thread, so post a little about how you feel looking back onto your snaps.

Me; This was a few years ago now, quite a few. I don't think too much needs to be said about it!
