Oh dang, right around the average. I drink around 1-2 liters a day, though I can definitely tell on days I drink more I'm way more gassy.

This thread is hilarious btw.

This is so me. Milk is such a drug--addicting, tolerance building, and eventually your body starts to reject it LOL. This has happened to my brother and now, its slowly happening to me.

For those of you with who kind of get sick from milk did you develop it or have you always had it? I think I've slowly developed it, but I've always wondered if thats the case for everybody.

Seriously though, can you imagine if someone from the general public read this thread??

"How much do you drink a day?"

A small amount of 2% milk in my coffee/tea daily and the odd bowl of cereal. Personally, I've never drink that much milk or any other food. Ingesting any one type of food the key is moderation.

Hah! Hey i'm from Canada and i'm with ya buddy. Down with the metric system...!

As for milk, hated it as a kid, as a teen and as an adult... which also means i'm not terribly tall. Then i started lifting 5 1/2 years ago, i took zero supplements, but drank about half a gallon ov chocolate milk a day (has to be chocolate though). I made MAD gains in size and strength. My body wasn't terribly happy about all that milk, but since i dont believe in lactose intolerance, i just made it adapt. Over time (about 5 months) no more issues.

Then i stopped drinking it entirely. Started on protein powder in water instead. Still made good strength gains, but the weight gains slowed. My bodyfat % dropped 2% almost overnight. Haven't had any in over four years now.

That said, next bulk i do (to hit that big bench goal) i think i'm gonna go back to it and see if those mad size gains return. I know WAY more more training and nutrition now, so it should be an interesting experiment.

Right now, I'm on a PSMF so milk isn't on the menu because of the sugars. Normally, I can go through a half gallon a day minimum. Hell, the day after Halloween, I threw that down just with my hangover breakfast.

I gave some lactaid a try this week. Wasn't too bad and didn't bother the stomach. May be bringing milk back in.
