I need all the help i can get right now for real.
I am 17 and im becoming a male model and i need to get Back in shape and everything. I need all the help i can get. So if anyone can hook me up with a Hardcore workout plan that would be awsome cause, i'm not joking around i want this by the end of this month or next.

Nothing will work that fast...
you have to train lol although if you kicked ass you could make signifigant progress in the next 4 weeks good luck |
