Short version : Over 240 but I was fat. I was about 200 2 years ago when I was about as strong as I am now. I got down to 185 cuz I was doing mostly cardio a few years ago.

Long version : I was over 240 7 years ago, right before I started lifting as a hobby / for myself and not cuz I had to for football. I got down to 185 when I was biking 6 days a week, cut out all junk food and was eating alot of chicken salads... and only lifting once or twice a week. That was like 5 years ago? I had a 6pack. ><

Now I'm about 220. I don't think the scale at my gym handles over 105kg so we'll see what happens haha.

A guy took a glance at the scale when I was on it, he was really surprised I weighed that much so I must hide it well... the average non-serious guy in the gym doesn't realize how much denser muscle is than fat. Not that I'm big but I'm bigger than every guy at my gym...

I weighed in at 195 (no carbs, farily depleted) earlier this week. After a refeed I'm around 200 - 205. Still, first time under 200 lbs in 3+ years.

285 was my highest ever. I'm 275 now, and leaning out, hopefully I will maintain 275 not really interested in dropping below 265, but my bodyfat goals will dictate my final weight and I'll just work back up again.

Right now I'm 163lb 5'10" that's a PR.
In April I was down around 140.
I was born premature and thus prone to pneumonia. It sucks.
My low as an adult was something like 135 after a rough winter of being sick.
I can't wait to hit 175.

You guys should hang out with some cyclists. They think they are fat at anything over 150 for anyone under 6'.
I need a cheeseburger.

Best is 295. Lost a little a month or so ago with the flu, so I'm only 285-290 now. I'm so close to 300, it seems like I should try and get to 300 just to say I was once 300 lbs.
Lowest in my adult life was low 180's when I was running alot. I looked like I just got out of a prison camp or something.

Highest was 328.5. I have dreams of getting to 340, but I doubt that will ever happen.

Part of me wants to get to 300, just to say I'm 300.. the other part of me wants to look extremely good at 240.. lol

weighed in at 223 last night, highest so far. Debating getting up to 250 or so, fiance says I'm not allowed to weigh 300. Already she doesn't want me getting heavier.
