Building a Monster Upper Back

A huge and thick upper back is the hallmark of the alpha strength athlete. Only those with the fortitude and will to train with the requisite intensity will achieve the kind of upper back that literally intimidates and inspires awe in all who see it.

If you truly want the biggest and strongest back possible, it is necessary to combine the best of both the powerlifting and bodybuilding worlds!

Joe DeFranco new program - Built like a Badass

http://www.defrancostraining.com/index.php

Main page scroll down a little bit. This is not a free program supposed to come out next Tuesday, looks to be some heavy lifting with complexes mixed in ( or something similar in nature.

This comes out tuesday I am very interested in this program, and what it has to offer. DeFranco is one of the best out there.

It seems like the general concensus is that WS4SB was a better program, and that with all of the hype / price tag they were expecting more from this new book.

For those who have never followed a DeFranco program it could still be a good investment. I honestly have not read any of his books but some people seem to swear by his protocols.
