Building a Monster Upper Back

A huge and thick upper back is the hallmark of the alpha strength athlete. Only those with the fortitude and will to train with the requisite intensity will achieve the kind of upper back that literally intimidates and inspires awe in all who see it.

If you truly want the biggest and strongest back possible, it is necessary to combine the best of both the powerlifting and bodybuilding worlds!

Also a year or so ago TwiloMike passed away. He was with on an outing with his friends and family and went for a swim in some river/stream (maybe it was a lake, I'm not sure) and drowned. RIP he was always one of the nicest guys on here.

Anyway it's nice to see you and Deeder are finally getting hitched. Congratulations! And I hope your back gets better.

Sheesh, that is so sad about TwiloMike! I had no idea that he had passed away, he will definitely be missed.

I got a buddy whos looking for some people to train with in SK. I think he said he's near lethbridge or something like that? I'll send you guys a message on facebook later on.
It was awesome to meet you, kind of surreal though... you know these people are all real but its something else entirely to actually meet them face to face - you know? How is training going for you? Are you competing at all?? As for Lethbridge, I dont know how many people there are around there, but we can put him in contact with the people he needs to know in SK and AB and he can figure out something on one end or the other.

Ah, good to know. I think I remember Lucas saying something about that a while back.

It seems there is at least 1 of these "moderators" in every sub-forum making sure everyone follows the "rules" and "guidelines". In my opinion it's a massive conspiracy. Given the fact that there are more of these "moderators" than there used to be their power must be growing. Indeed if we do not control these vBulletin bandits we will surely all lose our membership in the future.

REVOLUTION!!!!

You are such a brat LOL! And your terrible sense of humour does not transalate well on the net dear

Hey, welcome back, Ruffian!

I'm one old timer who is still here. Good to see have still been lifting, and obviously getting stronger. Damn fine lifts. My wife LynnLynn is still powerlifing, too, and doing well. Maybe you remember her?

Anyway, congrats on the wedding and hope you stick around!

I'm still alive!

I'm just a puny non lifter, these days. I feel like a poseur, contributing to the board.
