Greetings from the DC!
I stumbled on this site when looking into weightlifting and supplements. I love how communities can help one another in achieving a unified goal. Now here is a little about me. I am 26 years old with one of the smallest frames you have ever seen in this world. I weight about 120lbs with a height of 5'6 and 3/4. BTW if any1 knows of anny supplements that can actually attribute to height gain of an inch or two that has been proven to work, please let me know. I have been to the gym before and have had memberships but I was never consistent ( no longer than 2 month) but I used to run track in high school. As for any medical background, I had scoliosis surgery done to me at a late age of 19, so I am not strong at lifting weights anymore.
Currently I can lift about 20lbs of free weights depending on the exercise and 30 - 40 depending on the circuit unit. My goal if possible is to turn my weakling 120lb body to 140lbs in 3 - 6 month. I have been reading different exercise routines and i will start trying one in the next week. I would like to know how many days you would recommend a newbie as myself to lift. But i would also like to know is what Supplements u recommend for some1 like me. I will be honest, I am the type of person that has to see and notice a good amount of results to keep me motivated. Thanks for all your help and reading my whole life story. |

I have a small frame too. Just for fun measure your wrist for me. When I started here I could wrap my middle finger and thumb around my wrist and overlap the tips. A tiny 5.5 inches! Don't let the small frame thing hold you back. Read everything you can here, drink a gallon of whole milk a day and lift seriously. That will pack it on.

started the gallon milk diet
Hey Niki:
That is what i figured...the only choice i think i have would be to get a real injection of HGH from my doctor and i am not too worried about that for now. As for the GOMAD diet...i started about 3 hours ago. I have dranken 1/4 of a gallon so far and plan to finish a half gallon...I am easing my way into this thing since i havent done it b4...but hopefully in a week or so i should be able to do a whole gallon...thanks for the advice...btw do you have before and after pictures since joining... |

danchallnative: I did not take before pictures. I wish I did but I was not expecting this much of a change. I may be able to find something though.
Insane: Its less than $2.50 a gallon here!!!

I am STILL on the GOMAD diet. I started it late january. My avy pic is a few weeks old. I was 205 in it. Im far from an expert but any questions you have, just ask. Seriously though- just read all the articles and stickies on this site. Great info!

I did SS for a while but squatting 3 times a week killed me. If you choose to do it, don't mess with the program and do it as long as you can. It does work. I take a GNC multi, I do use creatine , and I do take whey protein. I put peanut butter and chocolate sauce in my shakes for the calories. One shake after I workout and one before bed. Icecream in the bedtime shake mmmmmm. My meal plan consists of eating anything and everything. Not much fast food though. I put on lots of muscle but I put on fat too. I just wanted to be bigger and stronger. I think you know what i mean.
