Losing feeling in legs while lifting

This happened to me the other day. I was doing deadlifts and once I lifted the bar to deadlift I couldn't feel my legs, I could do the exercise but my legs felt numb. How could this happen?

Doesn't sound healthy. Could be all the pressure on your legs. My toes cramp sometimes and my hands get numb sometimes from pressure...

I start to get a painful tingling sensation from the lack of blood flow when I use knee wraps, but I only use them on max attempts of squats which are months apart from each other.

Not sure what you're problem is. Could be bad though.

I get those tingles sometimes from dead.
but my worst shakes come from high rep, forced rep leg extesnion. my feet wobble like hell.
also when finishing forced reps on leg curl. standing give a almost orgasmic feeling as the blood rushes around.
<-------like doing leg curl for that reason.

I would say it sounds like a pinched nerve. You may want to lay off of exercises that cause this (at least for a while).

I dont know, coul dbe due to poor circulation, could be due to knee wraps if you use 'em, also could be more serious. I would check it out if it keeps happening. Wouldnt want to put yourself out of commision.

It was just a temporary thing that night, its only happened to me one other time when I was playing basketball I went numb all over. I think it may be from too much b vitamins or too much of a certain amino acid. I laid off all supplements for last 2 days and I think I'm fine. By the way, it only happened on deadlifts that night, the rest of my upper body back/biceps workout was fine

I agree with Chris, it could be a pinched nerve. I think you should get it checked out.

If you think it was vitamins I think you should re-check that vitamin bottle and what it contains...
