Priest Training log
Thursday 27 March - first workout back
Box Squat 135x5 225x3 315x3 405x2 powerpants on 495x2 585 suit only 670(quads kinda shakin and quakin) 685(easier than the first one) rack pulls with minibands 315x3 405x2 405x2 bands off 495x2 595x2 620 rev hypers heavy abs had to call it for this day. tired. ![]() |

Saturday 29 Mar
Bench 135x5 225x3 315x2 407x2 451 shirt on 661x2(2 board) 688(1 board)(was worried about my forearm, but It was cool) pinpresses 315x3 405x3 500x3 500x3 500x3 tri pulldowns rear delt machine seated rows Kinda excited about this workout. 2 young guys to the sport hit over 600 at this workout (1 board) who have never done it before. 1 female hit a 300+ bench and 1 female hit a 250@132 during this workout. good day. still having stiffness today in the forearm from the workout. |

ran 3 miles today. felt crappy.
usually, I have been running 2 miles 4 days a week. this kinda sucked. |

Bench workout flat bench 135x2 225x2 315x2 405x2 450 double banded monster minis 225x3 225x3 225x3 225x3 225x3 tris bis rows rear delt machine felt good. a little arm pain. cant tell if it is from fatigue or due to my previous injury. |

i gotta tell you about this girl that came to train with me recently. this girl has never sqatted or deadlifted before. she went to squat last week(raw) and i was amazed. she took 225x2 about 7" from the fricken floor then went 300 for a single(same depth). and then asked me if it was alright for a beginner. lol. then we just had a workout where she deadlifted 315 like it was a joke. she is a 165er but she has alot of baby fat on her. she is about 22 years old. i am backing here off for a big training cycle in gear. she loads heavy stuff on trucks for a living.
