Looks pretty freaky. Kind of along the same lines as Blair Witch except intentionally made more scary and with better effects. Good date movie if you want to share your seat with your date.

Looks kinda lame to me. I don't know why but horror movies just don't really do it for me.

Blair Witch Project scared the poop out of me. It was in my head every time I went outside at night, which wasn't very often after seeing it..LOL

Looks pretty freaky. My girlfriend turns her head in all the best parts, but I'll still drag her to see it.

typical horror movies don't really do it for me either....but from what I've heard this is NOT a typical movie. People are reporting that the theaters were literally screaming for the last 5-10mins straight through to the credits.

I'll have to see this as well, I love paranormal stuff. It would also be nice to get scared from a movie once, the last time that happened was when I was 8.

Heh, I think the budget for the Blair Witch was 100,000, while this movie's budget was 11,000. Says a lot right there with this looking like it has better effects. (Steven Spielburg got involved with this and was going to remake it but decided on sticking with the original so... If HE likes it the way that it is, it's gotta be good.)

Watch The Descent with a good sound sytem and the lights completely out.

Not intellectually scary, but I definitely jumped out of my seat quite a few times during that movie.

Already have I don't remember if it made me jump, but I made my mom watch it and I've never seen her jump so many times in my life. I think she said she had nightmares about it.

Report back. So far everyone is just talking about hype and what they heard. I'd like to see it but I'd like to hear from someone who actually saw it.

I don't believe in Ghosts or any "Paranormal Activity" but for some reason the thought of it absolutely scares the **** out of me. Just watching the trailer had me on edge. I will watch this movie.

IMDb's forums are fun but I've been finding their ratings and scoring system to be a bit flawed.

I didn't know that. I stand corrected. Still, it does look better.

Looks decent, but I'll wait for more opinions. Only reason those movies are so scary is cause they jack the volume up so high. Watch something like this with the volume even at half and it completely takes the freak out of it. Also noticed that most of the towns it's releasing in from that trailer seem to be big college towns.

Heh, I wasn't trying to correct you, just sharing a random factoid I got from one magazine or the other... can't remember. But sorry if it came off like that.

Personally, I like getting my movie blowjob. If I was single, yeah, I'd still have a girl come with me to give me my movie blowjob. Which means no, I'm not going to focus on recording it not mainly because of my blowjob but because of the fact that it will be out on DVD sooner or later and you can get a better experience with better quality and sound. Not hearing the sucking of a penis will be the better route in this case.
