Building a Monster Upper Back

A huge and thick upper back is the hallmark of the alpha strength athlete. Only those with the fortitude and will to train with the requisite intensity will achieve the kind of upper back that literally intimidates and inspires awe in all who see it.

If you truly want the biggest and strongest back possible, it is necessary to combine the best of both the powerlifting and bodybuilding worlds!

Halloweens around the corner, whats your costume?

I know I myself along with alot of others are in the 20's range, and everyone loves a good adult costume party...

so with that said, what are you doing this year?

I'm slowly piecing together my Macho Man Randy Savage costume, it will be Epic.

so what are you doing!

Other than that... wait yeah that's it, I don't have a lot of friends around here yet.

I'm considering two possibilities. The first is what I did last year...a smooth, modern vampire. That would consist of my nicely tailored black suit, black shirt, blood red tie, dental fit fangs, shades, and amber contacts. The other option is a demon clown. Jumpsuit, red and black clown wig with horns and really scary face paint.

Still working on my wig a little bit, but I got the silver pant, spray painted an old pair of shows silver, got an old weight belt wrapped in silver and an old black shirt with silver fabric glue for the flames.

**I NEED HELP**
My wife needs a costume bad. She doesn't want to do the sexy thing where she has to walk around in something uncomfortable all night. We were going to Dog the Bounty Hunter thing, but I asked a million times and she kept saying no and now she wants to do that after I did this whole other costume. Anyone give me a good one. Thanks.

I have three ideas:

1) Wear a tight shirt with a sign that says "I beat anorexia!"
2) Dress up as Caesar and tape lettuce all over myself... ill be a walking "Caesar Salad"
3) At my university, the people who are in the "special" school of business (which is called Ivey school of business) dress up like douchebags... they wear p-coats and these faggy scarves and always pop their collar. I will wear a labcoat, pop the collar, wear the scarf, and have a sign on me that says "Ivey douchebags have nothing on me".

My favorite idea was to be a green army man... you know like he one you play with as a kid, or in the movie toy story, but I think my friend stole it from me.

I was thinking it would be finny to get the little kid cowboy hat and a couple cap gun 6 shooters and dress up like a little kid sheriff, only everything is to small.

A sack of potatoes was also an idea that got thrown around the other day, cheep and easy to make.

I'm thinking of forgoing the whole bat idea though, props tend to not work well on drunken Halloween fun times.

My band is playing the party. I'm gonna do my best to drum wearing the mask.
