wanna be biggg =p noob needs help

Im 6 ft 1 about 175 pounds and 18. im somewhat defined as in you can see the outline of my abs but my goal is to get really cut up( see my 6pack ezily) and to get a little bit bigger. I am going to use westsideforskinnybastards part 1. i used to box, wrestle, and do brazilian jiu jitsu so i will still use them for my extra cardioo. day 1 starts todayyy

I wish I could see my abs! Being cut like that is, I've been told, 99% diet, so you must be eating pretty good.
