Any over the counter boost I can get for today?
I need to use the gym close to my work instead of close to my house today...of course I forgot all my pre-workout stimulants. It is just 1 nitor and a serving of results. I get really good workouts with this and I hate lifting without it. I am concerned today because I am going for both squat and bench PR's and I do not want to miss them and get off of my madcow schedule. Is there any over the counter stuff I can get to help me out? Or basically I am just stuck with buying an "energy" drink?

I dunno if i'd be going for a new PR at a different gym. It might **** with you. The bench could be a differnt height, bars could be diffeernt...etc. I would hold off on the PR's for another day

Well I frequently lift here so its not the first time. But I am on my friday day of madcow and I have not missed it yet...have to hit 265x3 on bench and 340x3 on squats. I think I can get the squats no problem, its the bench im concerned with...Nitor always helps me push through that last rep.

Ahh I see. In that case, grab some caffeine pills. Take one about 15 mins before and you'll kill your PR
|

I take Nitor and also take Xenadrine some and 3 X's are about the same as 2 Nitors! I think Nitor lasts longer though!

Ya thinking about just picking up caffeine pills at the drug store. Problem is this is what I used to use and they wore out after a while...nothing gets me going like Nitor.

If you are just looking for a one-time boost then any energy drink should work.
They may not be as potent as Nitor but should help to get you through your workout.

I wouldn't get too bent out of shape over it. Just make sure you have a good meal before hand. Caffeine will help too.

This...I rely on nutrition, not stimulants...but that's just me.
