Building a Monster Upper Back

A huge and thick upper back is the hallmark of the alpha strength athlete. Only those with the fortitude and will to train with the requisite intensity will achieve the kind of upper back that literally intimidates and inspires awe in all who see it.

If you truly want the biggest and strongest back possible, it is necessary to combine the best of both the powerlifting and bodybuilding worlds!

Weider Fat Metabolisers or LA MUSCLE FAT STRIPPER

Does anybody know if either of these really have an effect on burning fat, especially from chest and stomach, as i wanna lose the fat covering my muscle on these areas before i go away to beach for summer, so was gonna use either or both of these with a low cal good diet and alot of cardio

Thanks for replies
Pete

Um ... why would you want to do a lot of cardio to cut? It's not very effective at stripping off fat.

???

Bigpete...

To spare you the headache of humiliation, death by guitone, and probably an aggressive monkey, i suggest you read the link in buit's sig "cutting diet outline" and some of the other stickies around here.

There is a wealth of information to stear you in the right direction.

Expensive fat burners (if that is what those two things you mention, are) will not be one of those things.

I cannot say how misleading this thread title about fat strippers is.
