Best Fat burning supplement

What are the best Fat burning supplements

im 5"11 185 i wrestle at 171 and my normal body weight is 180 then i started up creatine and put on 5 pounds i want to drop to around 170(and stay there with being on creatine) and then bulk from there cause i wont have to fight threw all my fat and i mean if you have a 6 pac its more motivating to work out then if you dont. Weightgain is easy for me i can go back up to 210 in a month i have a very slow metabolism. i mainly want to drop so i can have 15 pounds of weight off my body so i can run faster.

100meter(did today) 11.53
40 meter(did today) 4.75
maxbench 240
squat 350
curls 120
deadlift 240x5
incline 185x7

those are my lifts im kinda strong but i want to improve a lot and be very lean 6%-9% body fat is my goal.

Im eating protein and thats all

breakfastest 2 scramble eggs
during school
gatorade
3 bottles of water
Workout(12:00)
Lunch
64 grams of protein(whey protein + milk)
Workout(3:15)
get home
peanutbutter on a bagel(id say 40+ grams of protein i put alot on =D)
Skinless chicken2(23grams protein each)

If im still hungry
Tuna in water
or
bowl of cereal

I drink a lot of diet coke/lemonade while im at home but im pretty good at eating good. My taste buds are getting real messed up due to eating the same things

well i got some pretty bad habaits from weightcutting for wrestling and its just my routine. Im open for improvements tho any time.

I also got some cheap protein on sale its 20grams a serving 87 servings or somethign i might take a scoop or 2 of that before i go to sleep would that be fine?

Dude... That's not an all-protein diet by any means.

Eggs - fat
Gatorade - carbs
milk - carbs, fat
bagel - carbs
cereal - lots of carbs
lemonade - lots of carbs
