Rapid Absorption Effervescent Creatine

Rapid Absorption Effervescent Creatine by BALANCE Muscle Technology

Has anybody used this before?

I got it from my local supplement store and he said that all the local guys recommended it the most. When you mix it with water it all fizzes up and is like an orange soft drink. It says it is also more effective at abosrbing due to the "free ionised creatine", or so they claim.

I find it works really well and alot better than the 100% pure creatine monohydrate i used to take.

Just found it only available in Australia, but im sure their is some similar product available over-seas.

Anyone else used this?

People are funny. Creatine monohydrate is transported relatively quickly already...how much faster do people want it "absorbed"?

I doubt it matters AT ALL how fast it gets transported there... There are creatine stores.. It's not like they are empty and need to be filled. They are full because of the extra creatine you are taking in... You're just keeping it that way.

At least that's MY understanding.

Faster transport into the muscle cell would result in faster conversion to phosphocreatine, allowing ADP to be regnerated to ATP more quickly.

The body produces creatine and you can obviously supplement it. Repeated muscular contraction can deplete it. So, the stores do "empty."

EDIT: I am not saying CEE is better than Mono because of speed on transport.
