How do u take your

Hey guys, I was wondering how you guys take your Creatine/Protein i know prolly 99% of you mix your creatine but today i just took the spoon and threw it all in my mouth and filled my mouth with water and drank it that way im always feeling like i didnt get all of my creatine/protein have any of you ever done this or still do it? It might have been mental but today i felt like i had a lot more enegry during my workouts i even did a few extra lifts i felt so good.

yeah its metal if you think the spoon method helped your workout more than just doing it like you usually do. Surprisingly I have never just thrown a scoop of whey or creatine in my mouth.

i mix my protein powder with fruit punch. i don't know if this has any affect on the the performance of the supplement, but it's tastes much better then mixing with water.

open mouth swing it back with water 30 mins prior to workout and the rest in my shake

I used to take creatine with warm water, made me gag everytime.

The idea of chomping dry protein powder makes me want to cough....
