creatine serum v creatine powder
has anybody used creatine serum before and is it better than the powder. it states that their is no loading stage and that all you have to do is apply 3 drops of the serum under the toungue 5 mins before workout. it works out around £20 - £25 for 30 servings

Most research so far tends to show that the creatine serum is crap that does not actually contain much creatine. Mostly Creatinine.
